What kind of sugar do we use?

We use only raw sugar in all of our products. Raw sugar is minimumly processed sugar that still retains minerals and molasses. It is also called Turbinido, Demerara and a few other names.

We use whole wheat pastry flour in all of our products. Lately, in making the crust for our bean pies, I’ve been adding a cup or so of whole wheat flour to add strength to the crust. Ideally, I like purchasing whole wheat sifted and pastry flour from Muhammad Farms in Bronwood GA. This flour takes our products to another level.
No we do not, not at this time.

Currently, we are not baking.  We are only offering the Vegetarian Mastermind Circle Zoom educational service.  We will let you know when we start baking again.

Currently, we only offer the Vegetarian Mastermind Circle on Tuesdays at 3pm MST.

 

No. We use whole wheat flour. However, if you request gluten free. I will use oat flour to make your baked goods.
No. However, I have substituted four (4) products to make them vegan.  They are bean pie, pound cake, ginger snap cookies and oatmeal raisin cookies.
